| Reflection Day on Forgiveness- Led by Fr Des Corrigan, SMA Forgiveness; the journey from hurt to healing, freedom, peace and happiness This day will give participants a deeper understanding of forgiveness, of what it is and what it is not, and how it can free us to move from hurt to happiness. It will provide an opportunity to reflect on ways to deal with life's hurts; face the constant challenge to forgive, so that we can let go of our hearts' baggage and find peace.
