Terms and Conditions of Booking

1. Introduction

Welcome to the booking terms for Dromantine Conference Centre. These terms apply to all bookings made for our workshops, retreats, and events, whether booked online, by email, or over the phone.

By making a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.

2. Payments & Booking Confirmation

To give you the most seamless experience, we prefer to take full payment upfront at the time of booking.

  • Upfront Payment: Your spot at the workshop or retreat is only fully secured once full payment has been received.
  • Deposits: In instances where a deposit option is made available, please note that deposits are fully refundable at any time if you or your group need to cancel.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

  • If You Cancel: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at admin@dromantineconference.com as soon as possible. Any payments or deposits made will be fully refunded to you.
  • If We Cancel (Minimum Numbers Rule): Our workshops are a lot more fun with a group, so they require a minimum number of participants to make them happen! We will review numbers and reach out to confirm the event two weeks before the start date. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a workshop due to low numbers, you will receive a full, 100% refund.

4. Guest Behavior & Property

We ask all guests to respect the peaceful environment of Dromantine Conference Centre and fellow attendees.

  • Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disrupt the comfort or safety of others.
  • Dromantine Conference Centre reserves the right to ask any guest causing a major disruption to leave the premises.
  • Guests may be held financially liable for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the property, buildings, or grounds during their stay.

5. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to transfer your booking to a different date or a different participant, please let us know at least 48 hours before the event starts, and we will do our best to accommodate you free of charge.
