  • To Perform a Contract: We process your name, contact details, and billing information to manage your event or accommodation booking via WooCommerce.
  • Explicit Consent (For Health Data): We will only process your health, dietary, or mobility data if you give us your explicit consent by ticking the dedicated box at checkout. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
  • Legitimate Interests / Consent (Marketing): If you opt-in to receive news and event updates, we use Mailchimp to send you this information. You can unsubscribe instantly at any time via the link in any email.

We never sell your personal data. We only share your information with trusted third-party services essential to running our website and business:

  • WooCommerce: To securely host and manage our online booking system.
